How do we get an accurate price?+
We’ll talk through the business, the pages and features you need, and what you already have. You’ll receive a proposal covering the scope, content, revisions, cost, launch support, and payment milestones before work begins.
Can we update the site ourselves?+
We’ll discuss who needs to edit the site and choose a suitable setup before work begins. Available editing tools and training will be outlined in your proposal. You can also have us handle updates through ongoing support or separately quoted work.
What keeps costing money after launch?+
Depending on the setup, ongoing costs can include domain registration, hosting or a website platform, business email, paid apps, and payment processing. Those are listed separately from the project fee. Our ongoing support is optional and has its own scope and price.
Who controls the accounts and the finished work?+
Your domain should be registered to your business. Before starting, we’ll agree on the hosting account, access, ownership of the finished work, and handoff arrangements. We’ll explain any platform limits that affect editing or moving the site later.
Can online stock match in-person sales?+
That depends on your existing sales and inventory systems. We’ll review them before quoting a connection. Stock changing after an online sale and stock syncing with a separate in-person system are different requirements.
What does basic search setup cover?+
For a business website, we’ll define items such as descriptive page titles, headings, search descriptions, and indexing checks in the proposal. Ongoing search campaigns and content work receive a separate scope. Search rankings and lead numbers are not guaranteed.
Can we add photos or branding later?+
Absolutely. We can plan those pieces into the original project or quote them when you’re ready. We’ll define the deliverables, usage, revisions, and price for each piece.
